Neighbourhood Watch

Good morning Richard,

My name is PCSO Aymie Parker and I work for the Darlington Neighbourhood team. 

Residents have asked me if we can get a neighbourhood watch going in my beat area and my colleague has pointed me in your direction.

The area which I cover is for Haughton/Springfield. 

Please could you advise on how I go about getting them signed up or having a new group created?
