Illegal vehicles

As many of you may be aware, we have ongoing reports of illegal off-road bikes, including Surrons and similar electric bikes, being ridden round Shotton, specifically on the grassed areas of Potto Street. They're causing a nuisance and putting people at risk

We believe some riders are coming in from neighbouring villages

We are carrying out regular patrols and will be taking action. Where appropriate we will be using our powers under Section 59 which can result in the vehicles being seized
