Don’t let them take what’s yours.


As we head into spring and spend more time pottering around outside, it’s easy to become complacent and forget to lock up. 

 

So, here is your reminder…

Lock doors and windows of sheds and outbuildings 

Secure access to your garden by locking gates

Use external lights to illuminate your garden to deter criminals 

Mark your tools

Use alarms 

Ensure your insurance policies covers gardens and outbuildings

Chain bikes, mowers, ladders and tools to strong anchorage points in sheds

Use coach bolts or non-return screws to secure hinges and fastenings
