🚨Good News! Melissa Downey, who was wanted for numerous shoplifting offences has been located and arrested by officers this weekend.

🚨PCSO Smith and PCSO Wadge have been conducting regular foot patrols in the Coundon and Leeholme area throughout the week. If you see us out and about, please stop and say hello! We are still here to respond to any concerns and worries that our local communities may have!

🚨Officers have responded to numerous calls this weekend relating to males acting suspiciously in the Cockton Hill and Woodhouse area going door-to-door selling various items.

🚨PCSO’s have seized two quad bikes and an off-road bike as suspected stolen in the Coundon area. The investigation remains ongoing. During the winter nights, please can we remind residents to secure vehicles and remove valuables of sight. 🚨PCSO’s have provided reassurance and safer homes equipment following a victim being targeted on more than one occasion. This behaviour is not tolerated and appropriate action will be taken following persons identified as responsible.
